Sheray Efaw

Sheray began her yoga journey in January 2013 while traveling throughout Costa Rica. Her time exploring ended up being the beginning of a transformational energy shift. She quickly realized the uplifting emotional benefits that yoga created in her mind as well as the stability being harnessed in her physical body. Yoga has since become the guiding force to her living a more simple, peaceful, and grounded life. She feels her true purpose in life is sharing the gifts that yoga has to offer. She designs each class with creativity and care to help support you in your inner journey. Her classes are a safe space for you to dive deeper into your practice; to feel calm, centered, strong, and free. 


Sheray is an E-RYT 200 certified instructor as well as a YACEP (Continuing Education Provider) with Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga full time since 2015. She’s currently completing her 300 hour certification at the Asheville Yoga Center to become an E-RYT 500 experienced teacher. She’s also a certified Kidding Around Yoga Instructor, Prenatal + Postnatal teacher, dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, certified in the AromaTouch® technique, a Reiki I Practitioner, and has her BA in Art Education.  

Julie Morici

Julie has lived in Elkins WV for the last 16 years. She started practicing yoga for the physical benefits and stress relief in 2016. In 2018 she got her yoga teacher certification in Duck, NC with VillagYoga and is certified with the National Yoga Alliance.She has enjoyed teaching locally at the YMCA and at Big Timber Brewery. The last 9 months she spent teaching at Peak Yoga in Dillon, Colorado. While in Colorado Julie furthered her yoga certification with a yin training in Denver. She is happy to bring back this knowledge to her community here in West Virginia. You can find Julie out on the XC ski trail, or mountain biking at Snowshoe or maybe even out hunting mushrooms. Julie loves to get outside as much as possible and enjoy all that Wild Wonderful West Virginia has to offer.

Brandi Mills

Brandi is a Yoga Teacher, Holistic Life Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Mompreneur from Morgantown, West Virginia that has recently made Buckhannon her new home with her husband and son. Brandi is so passionate about helping others find their own personal balance that she meshed all of her credentials together to bring a fresh new approach to balance and created The Balancebuilding® Philosophy. This way of living provides information and tools, including yoga, to help others achieve complete synchronicity between the mind, body and soul, for a lifetime. She is on a mission to share tools to empower others to confidently live as their best selves. She created the Balancebuilding® Philosophy after going on her own journey to finding balance, recovering from the physical and mental extremes from competitive bodybuilding, going from a bodybuilder to a balancebuilder. 


Brandi has a total of 10 years working in the healthcare field, including time specifically with High Risk Obstetrics as an Ultrasound technician. She has dedicated the last 2 years guiding and inspiring clients to live their best, balanced life. After finishing her Yoga Teacher Training and becoming a mother herself, she has dedicated a lot of her time to helping women and mothers find balance in life and focusing on women’s health, including her certifications in pre/postnatal wellness and pelvic floor healing through yoga and exercise. Her open hearted, nonjudgmental approach focuses on helping individuals reach their mind, body and soul goals through coaching, yoga, nutrition, and exercise. With a variety of services offered, such as custom wellness plans, general and private yoga classes, occasional programs, workshops and retreats, there are many opportunities to explore what Brandi has to offer. 

Kelsey Regan

Kelsey Regan began a yoga practice a decade ago and went through teacher training with Samyak Yoga’s 200-Hour Ashtanga & Vinyasa Teacher Training program in 2014. Her background in figure skating gives Kelsey an ability to create unique and fun flows. With a thirst for knowledge, growth and creativity, Kelsey strives to make each class original and manageable for all participants. With great gratitude, Kelsey looks forward to being a part of the Buckhannon yoga community.
