Candlelit Bliss

 60 Minute Class - All levels. “Ahhh! Low Intensity” 

Sheray has deigned this class as a way for you to finish your weekend off in total relaxation. Soft music and candles in Himalayan sea salt votives set the ambiance of the room. The practice is a blend of yin and restorative poses to ease the body and mind. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you’re supported in your pose comfortably.

 

Beginner’s Practice

60 Minute Class - All levels welcomed but designed with the beginner in mind.

“Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity”

Sheray introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work to help you build your practice from the ground up. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. Gradually these poses will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence. If you have never tried yoga this is the class for you, designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses. Students are welcome to repeat this class as often as they like.

 

Morning Flow

60 Minute Class - Level 2 "You’ll Feel It - Medium Intensity”

Brandi will guide you through an energizing vinyasa practice to help you kick start your day.  We will encourage circulation in the muscles, improve balance, and strengthen the body. Pranayama will be introduced to help you start your day with a clear mind. 

 

Refuel + Refresh

30 Minute Class - All levels. “Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity” 

Sheray will guide you through a shorter, midday practice to help your mind and body refuel. You can expect to practice at a slower pace, dive into a little pranayama, and end with a few moments of silence. This class will give you everything you need to feel refreshed.

 

Flow + Yin + Meditation

 60 Minute Class - All levels. “Ahhh! Low Intensity”

Sheray has been teaching and perfecting this class for three years. You can expect to experience the perfect blend of yin and yang energy. The class begins with a thirty minute vinyasa flow, shifting into a thirty minute yin practice, and ending with a fifteen minute guided meditation.

 

Yoga for Every Body

60 Minute Class - “Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity” 

Start your day with breath-centered flowing vinyasa sequences, including a balanced practice with sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, backbends, seated poses, and gentle inversions. Modifications and props will be offered for postures. This class is for all body types, sizes, and abilities. Pranayama breath practices will be incorporated throughout the class, and guided meditation will also be shared during savasana. This class will stretch and strengthen your physical body and awaken your mind to set the tone for an energized day.

 

Mindful Resilience Flow

 60 Minute Class - “Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity”

Be prepared for a mindful vinyasa flow integrating the fundamentals of yoga through intelligent sequencing built around sun salutations with a focus on creating endurance, strength, and balance in a gentle, nurturing manner. This class allows more time in each pose to truly experience the effects of dynamic alignment and connection to the breath, inviting you to establish a source of strength and resilience on and off your mat. This class is interwoven with bits of ancient wisdom, poetry and music to inspire a balance between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

 

Women's Wellness Yoga

 60 Minute Class - “Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity” This yoga class empowers the feminine body with specific postures and flows by supporting optimal feminine health at every stage of a woman's' life. This includes supporting women through their natural cycles, fertile years, postpartum, post hysterectomy and menopause. These postures help to provide energy (shakti) and circulation to support the ever changing female hormones and female reproductive system. 

Sunrise Yoga

60 Minute Class - All levels. "You’ll Feel It - Medium Intensity”

Wake up with the sun and join Brandi to kickstart your day. Energize your body, mind and spirit with a practice designed to harmonizes your life first thing in the morning.

Mindful Flow

60 Minute Class - All levels. “Everyday Namaste - Low Intensity” 

Mind·ful: 1. conscious or aware of something. 2. focusing one's awareness on the present moment, especially as part of a therapeutic or meditative technique. During this practice Sheray will help you become more aware of your body and breath. Tune into your practice and become more mindful.

 

Empowered Practice

60 Minute Class - All levels. "You’ll Feel It - Medium Intensity”

Find your strength and tap into your power with this challenging class.

Sheray will help you find your edge, test your balance, and build strength.
