Mindful Flow with Sheray

Mind·ful: 1. conscious or aware of something. 2. focusing one's awareness on the present moment, especially as part of a therapeutic or meditative technique."tune in to your body and be mindful.” During this practice Sheray will help you become more aware of your body and breath, while aligning with your true essence. All levels welcome.


Vinyasa with Mary

A traditional vinyasa flow class where Mary guides you through a series of poses,
combining breath and movement. There will be lots of variations and modifications offered so that each yogi gets the class they want (and need). Designed to accommodate all bodies and
levels who want to feel strong and connected!


Move & Meditate for Beginners with Lisa
This class is for students new to yoga and meditation. The primary focus will be to use the breath to bring unity to the mind and body. 2/3 of the class will be spent introducing the asanas (poses) with slow, guided directions. Standing poses, hip openers, forward bends and more. We will conclude by diving into prana (breath)- the more aware we become of our breath, the more we are able to calm the mind and focus our thoughts. This 1/3 of the class will be guided with new techniques being introduced each meeting. This class is ideal for people new to yoga and meditation.


Outdoor Yoga at WVWC Practice Field with Sheray & Kelsey

This class will be held every Monday at 7PM from May 2nd to August 29th. Class is weather permitting, check in the day of at WVYOGAGIRL on Instagram or FB for weather updates. Class welcomes all levels, please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel to put your mat down on. Class is donation based, donate what you can when you can. Wild Vinyasa yogis can also use their class pass and WVWC students and staff can attend for free with a valid ID shown before class begins. We meet at the WVWC practice field,

which is the large grassy area behind the baseball field, it is enclosed by the riverwalk loop that surrounds the baseball field and the track practice field.

The 3D map on their official website labels this areas as the “Intramural Field”. 




Yoga at Palatine Park with Sheray

Outdoor classes will be held every Tuesday 7-8PM at Palatine Park in Fairmont, WV starting May 3rd and running through August 30th. Class is weather permitting, please check in via Facebook/Instagram for weather updates at WVYOGAGIRL.

This class welcomes all levels. No previous experience is required. This class isn’t suited for younger children, but tweens and teens are welcome to join. 

Sign up in advance or bring a cash donation. (suggested donation $5+)

**10 people must be signed up on Vagaro to make this class happen.**

Bring your own yoga mat or there will be mats available for purchase for very cheap.Blankets are highly recommend to place your mat on but not necessary. I also suggest bringing a water bottle and any props that you use to support your practice.

Candlelit Bliss with Sheray

Soft music and candles in Himalayan sea salt votives set the ambiance of the room. The practice is a blend of yin and restorative poses to ease the body and mind. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps are used so that you’re supported in your pose comfortably.

All levels welcome.

Online Prenatal Yoga with Sheray

This online ZOOM class is held on Thursday evening at 6PM. All phases of pregnancy are welcomed! You’ll need a yoga mat, blocks, blanket, and yoga bolster (pillows work in place of a bolster). These classes are designed to help you throughout your pregnancy feel good in your body and confidence in your mind. Breath work and meditation techniques are introduced to prepare you for labor. May 5th, 12th, and 26th will be live classes. On the 19th I will send a prerecorded class, I have something at the studio that evening that I need to be at.
